Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 6 August 2026

Please note: This is a translation of our German Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen, provided for your convenience. The contract language is German (see § 3). In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the German version prevails.

§ 1 Scope, provider

(1) These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded via this online store between

(hereinafter “we” or “the seller”) and you as the customer.

(2) The version of these Terms and Conditions in force at the time of the order applies.

(3) A consumer within the meaning of these Terms is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (§ 13 BGB). An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding the contract, acts in the exercise of their trade, business or profession (§ 14 BGB).

(4) We object to any deviating terms of the customer. Such terms only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to their application in text form.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

(1) The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.

(2) By clicking the “Buy now” or “Order with obligation to pay” button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart. Before submitting your order you can review your entries at any time on the summary page and correct them using your browser's correction or back function.

(3) After your order is received, we send you an automatic confirmation of receipt by email. This confirmation of receipt does not yet constitute acceptance of your offer.

(4) The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your offer within five days by way of a separate order confirmation in text form, or when we dispatch the ordered goods. Where payment methods with immediate debit are used (e.g. credit card, PayPal), the contract is concluded when the payment method is charged.

(5) Should an item be unavailable after the contract has been concluded, we will inform you without delay and refund any payments already made immediately.

§ 3 Contract language and storage of the contract text

(1) The language available for concluding the contract is German.

(2) We store the contract text and send you the order details together with these Terms and Conditions by email. You can view, download and print these Terms and Conditions on this page at any time.

§ 4 Prices and shipping costs

(1) All prices shown in the online store are final prices in euros.

(2) As a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), we do not charge value added tax and therefore do not show it separately in prices or on invoices.

(3) Shipping within Germany is free of charge for you. Shipping costs are already included in the stated product price. No additional delivery or shipping charges apply.

§ 5 Payment terms

(1) We offer payment by credit card and via PayPal. The payment methods available in each case are shown during the ordering process.

(2) The purchase price is due for payment immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

(3) When paying by credit card, your card account is charged upon completion of the order. When paying via PayPal, the terms of use of PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. apply in addition.

(4) If the customer defaults on payment, we are entitled to charge default interest at the statutory rate. We reserve the right to assert further damages caused by default.

(5) You are only entitled to set-off if your counterclaims have been legally established, are undisputed, have been acknowledged by us, or arise from the same contractual relationship.

§ 6 Delivery terms

(1) Delivery is made to the delivery address you provide. Goods are dispatched from our warehouse in Germany.

(2) We deliver within Germany only. We do not currently offer delivery abroad.

(3) Unless stated otherwise on the relevant product page, the delivery time is 2 to 5 working days after conclusion of the contract.

(4) If delivery is delayed for reasons beyond our control (force majeure, strikes, operational disruptions at the shipping service provider), the delivery time is extended accordingly. We will inform you without delay in such cases.

(5) If delivery to you is not possible because the address provided is incorrect or the consignment is not accepted, you bear the additional costs incurred, provided you are responsible for the obstacle.

§ 7 Retention of title

The delivered goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

§ 8 Right of withdrawal

(1) Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, took possession of the goods.

(2) For details and the model withdrawal form, please see our withdrawal policy.

(3) You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

§ 9 Liability for defects (statutory warranty)

(1) Statutory warranty law applies. For consumers, the limitation period for claims based on defects in newly manufactured goods is two years from delivery of the goods.

(2) For entrepreneurs, the limitation period for claims based on defects is one year from delivery. The statutory limitation periods for recourse claims under § 445b BGB remain unaffected.

(3) Any guarantees granted by us or by manufacturers are stated separately and do not affect statutory rights in respect of defects.

(4) Please report any obvious transport damage to the delivery person as soon as possible and get in touch with us. Failure to make such a report has no bearing on your statutory rights.

§ 10 Liability

(1) We are liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body or health, for intent and gross negligence, for fraudulent concealment of a defect, where a guarantee has been assumed, and under the German Product Liability Act.

(2) In the case of slightly negligent breach of a material contractual obligation — that is, an obligation whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely — our liability is limited to the damage foreseeable and typical for this type of contract at the time the contract was concluded.

(3) Our liability is otherwise excluded.

§ 11 Dispute resolution

(1) We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

(2) If you have a complaint or a problem, please contact us directly at dawangelo.kitchen@gmail.com. We aim to find a quick and amicable solution.

§ 12 Final provisions

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers habitually resident in another country, the protection afforded by mandatory consumer protection provisions of that country remains unaffected.

(2) If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is our registered office.

(3) Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
